Proof of delivery that reaches the invoice by itself
The driver takes the photos and gets the signature on their phone. The proof is attached to the job, shown to the customer in their portal and goes out with the invoice. Nobody emails a photo from the cab.

Photos and a signature
Delivery photos, the recipient's name and a signature on the screen. Multi-stop routes capture proof at every stop, and barcode rounds can be set up to scan each item.
Where and when, recorded
Each job carries the driver's route from on-my-way to delivered. The office sees it live; afterwards it can be replayed. Your customer can follow a single delivery on a tracking link.
Attached to the invoice
Proof of delivery goes out with the customer's invoice and sits in their portal to download, so a query about a drop is answered before the phone rings.
The same app for your own drivers and theirs
One standard of proof
A subcontractor's driver signs into your DespatchOS with the details you give them and sees only the jobs assigned to them. Their proof of delivery is captured the same way and attached to your invoice the same way.
Paid from the same record
The completed job with its proof is what the subcontractor's self-bill is built from. If the proof is not there, the job sits in Needs action rather than on a statement.
Built for a van with no signal
- Capture anywherePhotos and signatures are saved on the phone first. A loading bay with no reception is not a problem.
- Sent when signal returnsThe app catches up by itself. The office sees the delivery as soon as the phone does.
- Checked by the officeA missing or poor photo can be sent back for a retake while the driver is still nearby.
Questions
Can my customer see the proof without ringing?
Yes. Customers have their own portal where they book work, follow jobs and download invoices and proof of delivery. For a single delivery you can send a tracking link instead.
Does it do barcode scanning?
Yes. A scanning profile can be set up for a customer whose items carry barcodes, so each one is scanned at collection and delivery.
What if the signature is refused or nobody is there?
The driver records what happened with photos, and the job is marked accordingly. The office sees it straight away and can decide what to do while the driver is still on site.
Do subcontractor drivers need their own account?
Each driver has their own sign-in under your fleet, grouped under their company. Their company is paid for their jobs on one self-bill.
