Checks and handovers
Daily walkaround checks on the driver's phone. Vehicle handovers are recorded with photos, a damage map and a signed agreement.
Fuel and expenses
Drivers request fuel money and photograph the receipt. It is read automatically, duplicates are flagged, and you see miles per gallon and cost per mile.
MOT, tax and servicing
MOT and tax dates are refreshed from the DVLA, and service intervals are tracked by date and mileage, so nothing runs out unnoticed.

Customer invoices and driver self-bills are built from completed jobs, with proof of delivery attached and fuel settled on the same statement.
Pricing that follows your rules
Each job is priced from your agreed rate, the customer's rate card or the quote engine, in that order. VAT numbers are checked with HMRC.

Is DespatchOS ready to use?
Yes. It is in beta and runs a working fleet every day. Beta partners use the full system and help decide what is built next.
What do my drivers need?
An iPhone or Android phone. They download the DespatchOS app from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with the details you give them.
Can my customers see their own jobs?
Yes. Customers have their own portal for booking, following jobs and downloading invoices and proof of delivery. You can also send a tracking link for a single delivery.
How do I get access?
